Vacation Care Incursions

An engaging and educational exploration of all things bees, honey and beeswax, all brought to your Vacation Care facility!

$18 per child- Minimum of 36 children
60 minute run time

What we cover:

• Presentation on bees including who is in the hive and beekeeping equipment  - no bees involved!
  
• Get into a beesuit and become the beekeeper!
• Explore the inside of a beehive (no live bees!)
  
• Honey tasting and profiling experience
  
• Handmade beeswax candle rolling activity - for children to take home
• Story time, questions and workbook with stickers

A fantastically fun bee and honey experience to keep the little ones learning and entertained during their school vacation!

Vacation Care Facility Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 groups (18 children per group)
• Children pre-allocated into 3 groups
• Area available and set up for presenting
• Enough tables and chairs for breakout areas
