The House of Honey’s “Shiraz Mead” has a ruby red core with vibrant purple hues. It is immediately sweet with mouth-filling, honey characters of butterscotch and crème caramel. These flavours dominate the front palate before melding seamlessly with plum, blackcurrant and blueberry derived from magnificent Swan Valley Shiraz and honey. Delicate acidity and soft tannins combine for a long fruity finish. Delicious chilled in summer, or room temperature in winter. Drink now or cellar with confidence for 2-3 years.

My mother loves your Rubee Red - she lives overseas, and everytime I make a trip back we HAVE to bring like 6 bottles (or as many as the airline allows). We also recently ordered one sparkling honey, but was accidentally sent a wrong one and even without having to email in, I received a call that they’ve dispatched the correct product. Fantastic customer service, we are so so glad to be long time customers.
