Just like real food scientists, students can “profile” each honey and discover how bees, plants and seasons all play a role in creating unique natural flavours.
The kit includes three pure Western Australian honeys, harvested by us and selected seasonally, making every tasting a little different. With easy-to-use tasting sheets and wooden spoons, it’s simple to run as a whole-class or small-group activity.
