A “spritzy” Mead, much like a sparkling wine. The delicate taste is achieved by adding a small amount of honey to the Chenin Blanc wine base just before bottling. Refreshingly light on the palate this Mead offers subtle honey characteristics and is a great compliment to a cheese platter or with that sweet special someone.
