My bottle said TA+10, not that makes any difference to me. I use it to sweeten tea and Coffee. It has to be the sweetest honey of all I reckon. I put a heaped teaspoonful into my tea this morning and it tasted a bit too sweet. Tomorrow, got willing I'll use a bit less.

This is my favourite honey. I find the flavour very well balanced. I have tried all your honey but keep coming back to the Redgum. I use it in my herbal tea, on crumpets, in my baking and cooking.
